Kapola.gr accepts the obligation to return and change products only in the following cases:

if the product has been sent in the wrong size,
if the product has been sent in the wrong color,
if the product has been sent with visible defect caused by the manufacturer of the printable product

When is involved one of the above reasons the e-shop takes over changing the product and sending it again without any financial burden on your part.

Returns and changes are not accepted in the following cases:

You can not request a change in products because you chose the wrong size during the order.
You can not request a change in products because choosing the wrong color during the order.
You can not request a change in products because you forgot to include something on the information you sent us

Refund is only possible in the case that the product you ordered is out of stock but because of our own inaction still seemed available at the time of your order and you do not want to use an alternative product.
