Bloch Exercise Band

Latex resistance band to support a range of exercises come in three weights. Dancers of all ages and flexibility can target specific areas in need of strengthening.

  • HOW TO USE (example for foot strengthening):
  • While seated on the floor barefoot, holds the ends of the resistance band in each hand
  • Place the band under the ball of the foot
  • Pull ends of the band tightly towards the body, creating desired resistance
  • Flex and pointe feet to increase strength and flexibility
